Daniel’s Tea Time
(Pen and Inkcolored in PhotoshopFont used: Compressed Uncial)Daniel was somebody that nobody really liked. He carried a gloomy air about him wherever he went. With his blank expression and solemnly silent personality, nobody could tell what was going through this boy’s head. The only time he ever showed any kind of emotion was during tea time. While every other boy chattered happily amongst themselves, Daniel would sit alone at the end of the table, smiling in an ill-mannered way as he nibbled very slowly on his cookies and took little sips of tea from his cup. He trained his eyes on the table, distracting himself only to take sneaky glances around him time to time. He ate as slowly as possible, and waited for solitude. When he made sure everyone had cleared the tables, Daniel would smash his tea cup, plate and all to the floor and find solace in watching the glass shatter. Then he would take his leave, fully satisfied. The orphanage staffs was getting more and more impatient as their china went missing day by day and demanded to know who was the mysterious teacup shatterer.Although the kids knew it was Daniel’s doing, nobody had the courage to be the one who ratted out the strange kid…
