Two Kingdoms

Once upon a time, in a kingdom shrouded in grey, two princes were born. The King, having passed away the day before of a grave illness, was not able to appoint a hier to take his place. Thus, the two princes were raised together and was appointed to rule the grey kingdom as one after the Queen passed. Prince Noir was wise and noble, who stirred love and peace in the hearts of every person he met. 
Prince Blanc was the exact opposite of his twin brother. He was selfish, vain, and violent, who used magic and trickery to get what he wanted. 
Blanc always looked up to Noir and strived to become as strong and noble as his brother, but no matter how hard he tried, he was just living under Noir’s shadow. One day, when he overheard the Queen favor Noir over him, Blanc’s heart became tainted with envy, and that stain grew bigger and bigger until his whole heart became filled with hatred. Overcome with madness, Blanc poisoned the Queen and declared war again his own brother to prove himself as the stronger brother, for he truly believed that there could only be one ruler.
